8/7: 11 half-pints pizza sauce
8/12: 10 half-pints pizza sauce
8/12:  10 half-pints salsa
8/15: 10 half-pints pizza sauce
8/20: 10 pints stewed tomatoes
8/24: 9 quarts Spaghetti sauce
9/2:  9 quarts vegetable juice
9/2: 9 quarts tomato juice
2012 Corn Preservation:

8/8: 21 bags (4 cups each)
We've also had MANY (5-6?) corn-only meals :0)
8/22: 20-ish bags {{I forgot to count}}
