Did you have a mother that would wrap your freshly cleaned and dried blanket around you while still warm from the dryer? I did....and I'm glad I can do the same for my girls.....
Hearing their "mmmmmmmmmmm"s and "Thanks Mom"s......makes my heart feel happy :0)
OK, sometimes we are just too similar. I had Sydney's clean sheets in the dryer and wouldn't let her pull them out until I warmed them up so they could go onto her bed all toasty and fresh. Probably doesn't have quite the same effect when it's 75 outside though.

ReplyDeleteShe is adorable! My mother didn't ever do that, she hung clothes on the clothesline, but DH will occasionally wrap me in a big towel when he is folding warm clothes. Sometimes they aren't warm, as sitting in the dryer for a day tends to cool them off. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
