A message to all you quilters out there......

STOP SHOWING SUCH CUTESY PICTURES ON YOUR BLOG OF YOUR QUILTS!!!!!

Okay...let's see.....we have:

Subee's Lake Cabin quilt. Can't you see that being made from a jelly roll??

Jill's Split Decision (another perfect pattern to use up a jellyroll)

Candace's Paintbox blocks, which is a great reminder of another way to use up a jellyroll

Hmmm....I suppose I could be a bit biased though.....only listing projects that are jelly-roll friendly.......afterall, my two new jellyrolls just arrived in the mail! I couldn't pass up the sale at Green Fairy's Quilts last week. $19.95/roll......beats $36.00 anyday!
{{Gotta love Diet Mt. Dew, too!}} ;0)

SOOOOOOOOO many patterns, and WAYYYYYYYY too LITTLE time!!!

Oh! And do you see the sliver of sunshine on the table? Another BEAUTIFUL spring-teaser today! 89 degrees (in direct sunlight) right now.......but more like 60's (maybe 70's???) as the real temps.

Ahhhhhhhhh.

  2. You did a paintbox quilt already, didn't you? Split decision is really cute, even though the lake cabin looks much fancier....I guess you did get TWO jelly rolls. Have fun.

  3. So which one are you working on first? Or have you not decided yet?

  4. What a bargain you got with your jelly rolls. We pay between £25 and £30 for a jelly roll here, but I've never seen them on sale. I shall have to keep my eyes open. Have fun with them.

  5. Hmmm - what to do... Love the jelly rolls on sale, but we have a big shop hop coming up the end of the week, and I have to save money for that too... besides, I have a jelly roll (or 2 or 3) in my cupboard upstairs. Split Decision - here I come!
