Two beautiful days of 60/70's and sun!
I'm thankful the girls play together ...
...specially when big sister "accidently" overthrows the ball to the make-believe 1st baseman so that Candace can run beyond base 1....
... and make an in-the-park HOMERUN!!!!!!!!!!!!
:0)
After almost one and a half years of it sitting (waiting) on the shelf, Paul finally hung my simple clothesline today. I put it to instant use with the glorious sun and wind present today.
And to close the day....a simple, short family bike ride. Caitlyn and Candace are fighting for the most excited.
Quilting barely came to mind this weekend, but soon, I'll be back :0)
Happy Mother's Day! When the weather is good, you just have to be outside for sure!
ReplyDeleteIsn't it wonderful when those days happen. Memories to store up for sure. We had lovely weather over the weekend, but now it's raining again. I'm so behind in the garden as it seems to have been raining for weeks.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a perfect Mother's Day weekend. Won't be too long until you have plenty of time to hang with the kids AND have time to quilt. Soon -- so soon.
ReplyDeleteI love hearing about your family and activities even if they aren't related to quilting! You have a beautiful family!
ReplyDeleteAmy, I always love to see your blog! Looks like you are way to busy for quilting right now- just like me. Can't wait to see your garden and I love your little piggies!
ReplyDeleteLooks like everyone is having a blast!!
