Pluggin' along; now all pooped :0(

The title says it all. I have 2 sets of borders planned for this yet, but I kinda feel like a wind-up toy that just ran out of "winding."

So, I'm sitting down for a bit with a pizza cooking in the oven. I'm hoping I'm just low on energy because I haven't really eaten much today {{Hmm....wonder how THAT can happen when there aren't any kids around nagging to make breakfast and dinner and snack..... ;0) }}

Wow---that sashing blends in with the flooring! Hard to tell that it's actually pieced into an almost-top.

As always I love, love, love it! Very nice colors and pattern. But I do have to say that I never forget meals...even if kids aren't nagging me..darn I wish I did!

Another beautiful top, Amy. I've not heard of that block before, but seeing them all stacked up on your kitchen table, and now sewn up, has me wanting to give it a go too. You're inspiring me to keep quilting - thank you!

You are so fast! I can't believe you got all those blocks and sashing together already! Looks beautiful! No wonder you haven't eaten...you're working like a dog over there!

Amy, I loved the individual blocks you've sewn before but all together it's stunning. Your fabric selection for this pattern is perfect!

That's going to be a gorgeous quilt! I had to click on the photo and enlarge it, though, to actually see the sashing strips - it looks so much like the floor that I thought you had just laid the blocks out for the picture!

I didn't even notice it was sashed until you said so, and then I noticed the cornerstones. Way to go on picking out fabric that matches your floor :-).

The quilt looks great.

It looks fabulous all together. I love the secondary pattern that the cornerstones make in the sashing strips. Is this one going to be for you?

Great job--beautiful colors--anxious to see the borders! I think we will need to mark the calendar date. Amy actually is pooped!
