Love today's date...

9 - 10 - 11

As a math teacher, today's date is "fun!"

SO....what a great day to HAVE FUN!!!

My plans:

The Blue-n-Gold Pride quilt!!!
{{but i also have TONs and TONs of tomatoes to take care of at some point}} ;0)

Hmmmm.......and at 12:13 PM I simply HAVE to take a moment to say "I love mathematical patterns!!!" {{I missed the 12:13 AM moment, so I only have the PM moment left}} :0)

My mother was born on 22.2.22 (the 22nd February 1922) which I've always thought was rather special. Christopher and I were talking this morning and find it strange that Americans say and write the date month/day/ year, whereas we say date/month/year, which seems ore logical. I wonder how it started.

Aah, math everywhere. As a science teacher I'm celebrating the Birthday of Stephen J Gould. But on a note of commonality, the sewing machine was patented on this day in 1846.

I just told my nephew that and he thought it was "very cool" and wondered what we could do to celebrate such a lucky day!!!
