I'm done with the Chicken Stock now, too

14 preserved quarts
10 (to be) frozen containers: 1.5 quarts in each

Chicken dumpling soup in the winter---with 'real' stock.  Oh yea :0)

OK......what is the difference of preserving it and freezing it? and may I add........MAN O MAN, you never slow down. :D
