Some ladies name their machines and frames----that isn't quite up my alley. "she" fits just fine for my frame....
and one thing is for sure....
I LOVE HER! {{even if I need to 'jimmy' 'er up a lil' bit}}

I don't even know what this thing is---I think it was a piece from Cassie's weave/loom thingy for making pot holders. Together with a little painter's tape, and I had a make-shift stylus. I DO think I'll be ordering the laser-light from Grace.....{{shrug}}....we'll see....
Leapin' Lizards sees a finish, and is the first official quilt to be completed on my new setup.

I am becoming very fond of "unique" backings! This was a fun lil' back to piece using some of the extra 'cut off' pieces from the top.

Going from memory (my book is downstairs)...I think this panto is called "yoyo."
Family and I are heading out for my parent's tomorrow AM for the weekend, through Monday, so....no frame-time for me this weekend. I am thinking of packing up a project or two, however....
Happy Friday!

OH! WOW! It is beautiful! You are going to have a great time using her! There will be no limit to your creations now!
She did a fabulous job on her first quilt. I love the pointer majjiggy! How is the speed control? Your stitch length looks very even, so I'm guessing it isn't a hard adjustment to be missing the regulator. Now I have to try a pantograph, because the results are amazing. How long did it take from start to finish? I'm guessing for a little guy like that, the loading would be the longest part.
Ohh wow what a fantastic job the two of you did. I'm so impressed. Well done.
You must be so thrilled and proud of yourself - looks grand to me!

Good job! It looks great and your tension looks good too. You're going to be a pro in no time. Have a good weekend and enjoy the family time.
Well, I'm absolutely no expert when it comes to these things, but your quilting looks great. I haven't a clue what a pantograph is, or a laser pointer. Does the machine somehow know what to do or do you have to guide it to make the pattern? I'd love a bit more information about how the machines work - perhaps in a future post, when you've got nothing else to do!
Wonderful!! A+ for the Panto artist ;-)... Enjoy the weekend!!
Hugs and take care,
