Diamond Fields - DONE

"Diamond Fields" (95" x 95")

A little bit over an hour this morning and the quilt was finished!

This really follows suit of my favorite style of quilts:
Controlled scrappiness, and that 'Irish-Chain' style diagonals!

Definitely becoming my favorite quilting pantograph!!!  7" general feather from Cheryl Barnes's Dot-to-Dot quilting book.

How many of you work better with deadlines??? ;)

Awesome quilt!!

I definitely work better with deadlines. Give me all the time in the world and I'll take all the time in the world. :)

Not sure I'd like to leave it that close to the deadline, but they will love it. Beautifully made

Everything about it is fantastic. Well, almost everything, the name is growing on me, but there's nothing in it about Kissimmee or Disney, lol.

I had no doubt you could get it done! I am a planner and don't like last minute deadlines..have always wondered how people deal with that stress, lol!

Congrats on meeting yours! Love the photo taken from the corner of the quilt that shows the chain!

I think without deadlines it would be too easy to wander around aimlessly from one task to another. LOVE the quilting. So glad it is done and ready to gift. I am sure it will be a big hit.

What a lovely quilt, and finished too. Deadlines are great, they really concentrate the mind don't they?
