Star Harbor - Cheers!

The tension issues did NOT get the best of me!  Wha-hooo :0)
Paul arrived home JUST in time......WITH wine!  Boy---he knew what kind of afternoon I had!   THREE total rows needed ripping and re-quilting.

Cheers!!!  Hmm.....not good enough....

Cheers!!!  Hmm...nope....still not good enough...

Cheers!!  Mmm.......how strong is this wine?

LOL!  Good enough! It's a good thing the quilting is DONE!  After all of these 'wine-takes," ...wooo-weeee!  I'd be afraid to see what the quilting would look like now.  {{I'm not much of a drinker...half a glass.....and it's time to cut me off already!}}

Happy Monday 8-)

Doing the happy dance for you. I always reckon any sewing looks better after a few drinks....lol.

Woo Hoo. Glad that mess is over for you. Been there done that and was wondering how people know it is happening, while it is happening. I guess now I know.....you just don't know it is indeed happening. Stupid bobbins! I am glad it is over, and you got to drink some wine to relax yourself after all that. :D

Star harbor looks great! Excellent hubby with the wine--can't beat that. Nice job on the chicken stock too...and all I did was work today..thinking about sewing up some more four patches..so far just a thought!

Way to hang in there with it!
And a celebration to toast the accomplishment!

More great pictures. I can't drink alcohol at all these days, sadly, as I seem to have developed an allergy to it. Aaaah! The quilt is lovely.

Congratulations on the finish! I'm sure you were ready for it especially after the earlier unripping.
