11:00 pm---ummm....takin' a break?

....allllllll the pieces......
....inventoried, and ready to start!

....a little progress, but slow going.....

....even more "putzy" slow going.....

....now I think I know why they say 2-5 hours!!!!! If I ONLY would have set this up at crib size, it wouldn't have been so bad----but....psht! Ya GOTTA go the whole King-size set up right away!!!

HEY! A productive hour!!!

....and I spoke too soon! I hit the "coupler" step and hit a stand still. Seriously---each rail (that'd be four) needs 12 screws for each segment (so that's 48), BUT....then repeat all that again for the 2nd coupler to go from Queen to King...... 96 screws!!!!
It's getting late, am I will make a smart choice! I'm going to bed and will finish this tomorrow night. I think the rails alone will take an hour; then they need to be mounted, then the carriage needs piecing......

........maybe another two hours??? (that would be 6 total hours)....

well, that's my goal anyway.

'nite everyone.

So, did you manage to sleep? And are you up really early this morning to carry on with the construction? I've just been catching up with Angela's posts and she seems to be having great fun. I bet you can't wait to get started.

It look great! At least once the frame is together, the machine has already been broken in and will be ready to go. Surely you will be ready to load something on tonight! Do you fee a head cold coming on? Maybe a quick 24 hour stomach flu? How can you bear to be at work while you are so close to having it all ready to go?

Hi Amy,
I'm anxious to know how you like this frame. What a job putting it all together. Still undecided on which I'd like this or the Mini pinnacle. Good Luck, I know you'll have so much fun.
Happy quilting, Patty/Az
