Happy Birthday

Okay, I figure if I sneak this post inbetween some of the other needed posts this AM, no one will notice.
Don't these candles look yummy! Imagaine making a quilt with fabrics like this.....

Anyway, yeah.....
Amy's age: (7 + 4) x 3 + 16 ÷ 8
{{make sure you follow the Order of Operations}}
PEMDAS
Parentheses
Exponents
Multiplication/Division (L to R)
Addition/Subtractio (L to R)

LOL----leave it to a math teacher, huh????

School is right around the corner!

Happy late birthday....hope you had a great day.
You have really been busy with the garden, sewing, quilting and family. Your canning looks great. One of these days when my garden gets bigger, maybe I'll have enough to can. You really inspire me! Hugs, Linda

v(7 + 4) x 3 + 16 ÷ 8 = older than dirt, but still younger than me. Congratulations

I make that 57! I fear that maths was never my strongest point, and we never really needed maths that complicated in Year 4, which was the oldest I ever taught. Happy Birthday to You, happy birthday to you, happy birthday dear Amy, happy birthday to you. (Please imagine me singing - or better not)
