AND....Paul received a Food Dehydrator for Christmas last year that I'm curious to try out!!! I remember Judy dehydrating basil and tomatoes to create her own seasoning (blogged here), so I will attempt that as well, but I will actually MIX THEM TOGETHER! I LOVE tomato-basil EVERYTHING! Chips, crackers.....so...why not try to see what creativity can lead to if we have our own home-made "seasoning."

Wow! Glad the missing leaves didn't bother your tomato harvest. That is an impressive collection. Sounds like you have a fun day ahead. Having spaghetti for dinner?
The only tomato ketchup I ever liked was what my mum made, I could have eaten it by the bottle
I definitely think you should try spaghetti sauce too! Though you could use the canned tomatoes later to make it. Looks like a very bountiful harvest and a lot of work for your weekend!
