Jen wants ribs...


She bought 'em


 I'm making 'em
Low-n-slow for a couple of hours to start @ 215 degrees
(yup-- uncovered)
I posted about my rib recipe last summer.  It never stays exactly the same;  ie:  cooking at 215 today instead of 225.  Hoping to extend it out a wee bit.....


 And now....we're off to the beach -- again!


 (specially since this is the state of the air conditioner) :D
