Finally in the garden

Busy hands mean very few pictures of the daily planting of the garden today.  In fact, I only grabbed the camera at the end of the day once we were all cleaning up the supplies and I was inside starting to prepare dinner.

The girls were amazing helpers.  Of course, there were moments when Paul or myself needed to remind them of their tasks, or we delegated out new tasks when they started getting annoyed with each other.

At the end of the day, about 80% of our garden(s) is planted.
Cabbage, carrots, celery, lettuce, cucumbers, beans, tomatoes, peppers, corn.... a few other odds-n-ends that I can't think of right now.   :)

Potatoes haven't been planted yet, nor have some of the "spready" plants (melons, squash, etc...).
But for now, Paul and I have our feet up and are flipping channels between Pawn Stars and The Princess the Bride; the girls are doing dishes...and then they plan to relax with a Barbie movie.

Happy Friday
