Cassie sewing solo...

So, you keeping up with all my posts??? ;0) This is only my 46th (for the month of June)!

I considered just tacking this update on the last post, but this one really deserves its own.

I set her up with her own desk upstairs in the loft. After a couple of practice strips, I stacked her up with a pile of 2" lights and darks to make some 4-patches. We'll see how long she lasts.

I considered using larger squares, but....eh....she'll be just fine.

her lil' company....yeah...okay...we'll see how long THIS happy scene lasts....

Doesn't it make you feel warm inside? LOL. My 12 yo DD is just starting out too. Hope they can keep up the good work.

That is so cool she wants to sew, keep us posted on her progress!
By the way, I love that table with all the stickers on...it reminds me of when my boys wanted to put stickers on their bunkbeds. They had alphabets and put the names of their favorite Nascar drivers and western movie stars like John Wayne. I didn't care, I thought it was fun!
